The kit contains a mechanical seatbelt retractor (some kits include a buckle with a simple electric switch for fasten-seatbelt warning indication — no battery, no pyrotechnic, no explosive).

This seat belt / seat belt kit contains NO pyrotechnic devices, NO Class 9 Dangerous Goods components, NO pretensioners, NO explosive charges, and NO airbag-related components.
